Abstract
Obj ective:To probe into influence of holistic nursing interven-tion on negative psychology and quality of life of hemodialysis patients,and provide the more humane nursing service for the patients.Methods:A total of 32 cases of uremia patients treated in our hospital from July in 2011 to May in 2012 were selected as control group,and the conventional nursing methods and measures were taken in department of nephrology;34 uremia patients treated in our hospital from July in 2012 to May in 2013 were se-lected as observation group,and psychological nursing intervention was taken for them based on the treatment for patients in control group.After hemodialysis treatment for 1 2 weeks,the Zung self rating anxiety scale (SAS),self rating depression scale (SDS)and SF 3 6 scale were used to evaluate psychological status and quality of life of hemodialysis patients in both groups.Results:The SAS and SDS scores in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05 ),the SF 36 scores after intervention in observation group were higher than that in con-trol group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Holistic nursing intervention can im-prove the negative psychological status of hemodialysis patients,improve the quality of life and therapeutic effect of hemodialysis patients.关键词
