Abstract
Obj ective:To probe into the effect of comfort care in outpa-tient patients receiving peripherally inserted central venous catheters venipuncture maintain.Methods:using self control method,we selected 120 cases of patients,they were given routine nursing care before Janu-ary 25 in 2013,and during January 21st to 25th,after maintenance the“PICC maintenance outpatient satisfaction questionnaire”designed by our hospital was handed out,at the same time,the comfort scale was used to assess their satisfaction and comfort.On 28 in January the com-fort care was began to take;and during 25 in February 1 in March af-ter maintenance,the patients’satisfaction questionnaires and comfort scales were handed out to assess their satisfaction and comfort.Re-sults:the patients’satisfaction was enhanced from 81.13 ±2.70 after routine nursing care to 99.80±0.60 after comfort care.Comfort score decreased from 3.320±1.049 after routine nursing care to 0.880±0.666 af-ter comfort care.Conclusion:Comfort care also can enhance patients’ comfort and improve patients’satisfaction with care.关键词
