护理学临床实习中的隐性课程建设与应用
Hidden curriculum construction and appl ication in nursing cl inical practice
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To probe into the influence of application of hidden cur-riculum in clinical nursing practice on nursing students.Methods:A total of 1 1 68 nursing students who practiced in our hospital were trained through material of hidden curriculum,system hidden curriculum,culture hidden cur-riculum and interpersonal communication hidden curriculum.Results:Viola-tion of labor discipline such as late,leaving early and absenteeism was signifi-cantly reduced;nursing students’interest in learning was significantly in-creased;their professional capacity was significantly improved;the overall e-valuation of teachers on practical nursing student was higher;the satisfaction of patients and family members was enhanced dramatically.Conclusion:Nursing hidden curriculum can help to improve the overall quality of nursing students and promote the nursing professional disciplines development.关键词
