Abstract
Objective:To probe into the effect of quality control circle activity for improving self care ability of colostomy patients.Methods: QCC was founded to improve the self care ability of colostomy patients. The investigation,causative analysis,development and implementation of countermeasures,and effect confirmation were used to observe the self care ability.Results:After QCC activity,self care ability score of colostomy patients in observation group was higher than that of control group.the number of people who can replace ostomy bag independently was more than that of control group,grasping ostomy related knowledge was better than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:QCC activity can improve the self care ability and quality of life of colostomy patients.关键词
