Progress on nursing care of incontinence dermatitis patients
摘要
Abstract
It expounded the definition of incontinence dermatitis,epidemiol-ogy and nurses'cognition.And it reviewed the progress on nursing care of incontinence dermatitis patients from skin assessment,skin cleansing,skin moisture,usage of skin protection agents and usage of collect appliances.It pointed out that need to be studied further including the degree of aware-ness and attention of nurses to incontinence dermatitis,the assessment tool selection and nursing interventions,and the more large sample and multi center studies were looked forward,so as to provide evidence based evi-dences for standardized prevention and treatment of incontinence dermatitis patients.关键词
