摘要
Abstract
It reviewed the research progress on prevention and nursing care of complications of enteral nutrition in patients with severe pancrea-titis including catheter displacement,prolapse,congestion,aspiration and regurgitation,diarrhea,high blood sugar,low blood sugar.It pointed out that nursing personnel should evaluate the patient's bowel function accu-rately,comply with the transfusion principle of suitable temperature, from slow to fast,from less to more,and gradually transition to full dose infusion concentration,do good psychological care,positive prevent and treat the complications of enteral nutrition.关键词
