喉癌全喉切除术后食管发音训练的循证研究
Evidence based research on esophagus pronunciation training of laryngeal carcinoma patients after total laryngec-tomy
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the method of esophagus pronunciation training of laryngeal carcinoma patients after total laryngectomy,and so as to provide the evidence for language rehabilitation training of clinical pa-tients.Methods:The basic characteristics and quality evaluation of the literature,the pronunciation training process,training personnel,start time,training cycle were analyzed by searching Wan Fang,VIP and CNKI data-base.Results:A total of 1 8 documents were included and the training process,training personnel,start time, training cycle of esophagus pronunciation were not uniform,and the proportion of successful pronunciation was higher.Conclusion:Esophagus pronunciation training had significant effect for patients’language rehabilitation, but the degree of standardization is not high and need to be studied further.关键词
