以素质为导向的《急危重症护理学》体验式教学模式构建研究

Abstract
Objective:To explore multiple teaching forms based on experiential learning theory according to the characteristics of different teaching contents of “emergency and critical care nursing”,so as to construct the quality oriented experience teaching mode and it consists of many kinds of teaching methods including case de-sign method,COSPLAY method,task driving method,virtual game method,discussion method,molding method and so on.Methods:A total of 15 teachers and students who understood the quality target system and experien-tial learning theory deeply were selected as study objects by using experience summary method and brainstorm-ing method,then to construct the quality oriented experience teaching mode of “emergency and critical care nursing”.Results:With the quality objectives as the steering,with the experiential learning theory as the guid-ance,combined with the nursing undergraduate training program,it optimized and integrated the teaching con-tent,the “basic integration improve”three section spiral teaching system was formed,the quality oriented experience teaching mode of “emergency and critical care nursing”was constructed mixing together with many kinds of teaching methods.Conclusion:The quality objectives oriented experience teaching mode has been con-structed,and the influence of this teaching mode on students’quality needs affirm further through empirical study.关键词
