开放性骨盆骨折应用外固定架固定联合负压吸引的临床护理
Clinical nursing of external fixator fixation combined with vacuum suction applying for patients with open pelvic fracture
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To probe into the clinical nursing of external fixator fixation combined with vacuum suction applying for patients with open pelvic fracture.Methods:A total of 40 patients with open pelvic fracture in our hospital were selected as the research objects and all were treated with external fixator fixation combined with vacuum suction.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the digital random method,20 cases in each.The patients in observation group received the corresponding nursing measures accord-ing to their own condition and the characteristics of external fixator fixation,received the comprehensive nursing measures according to their psychological,physiological change,while the patients in control group received the routine nursing measures,then to compare the nursing effect of patients in two groups.Results:The patients’ sleep status,mental status,diet,mental status scores of relevant indicators of daily quality of life were superior to that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05);the patients’hospitalization time and satisfaction scores in observation group were superior to that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:The effect of external fixator fixation combined with vacuum suc-tion is better for open pelvic fracture.It can contribute to prognosis and promote to recover patients’organism by taking the comprehensive nursing measures including the corresponding nursing measures.关键词
