Abstract
Objective:To understand the satisfaction of nursing students to strengthened skills training in school before practice.Methods:A total of 397 nursing students were investigated by using self designed strengthened skills training satisfaction questionnaire before practice.Results:98.7% nursing students thought it was neces-sary to carry out the strengthened skill training before practice.About 80% nursing students were satisfied with proj ect arrangement and training content practicability.For the satisfaction to experimental environment,mate-rials preparation and equipment facilities were respectively 68.3%,63.0% and 51.6%.68.8% nursing students thought that strengthened skills training in school had achieved the desired results,and the overall score of 63.7%students was between 80 to 100.Conclusion:Through the satisfaction survey,a set of standardized training pro-gram before practice can be summed up ,and constantly improved,in order to ensure the training quality.关键词
