品管圈活动在降低脑卒中病人良肢位摆放错误中的应用

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To probe into the effect of nursing quality control circle activities in reducing good limb po-sition error of acute stroke patients.Methods:A quality control circle activities team was established to manage the good limb position of acute stroke patients by measures of theme selection,status survey,goal setting,rea-son analysis,countermeasures development and implementation,review and improvement,standardization and so on.Results:The frequency of good limb position errors of acute stroke patients was improved after the imple-mentation of quality control circle activities,and the improvement of error frequency of putting wrist and ankle both had statistically significant(P =0.000).The comprehensive quality of members in quality control circle ac-tivities was obviously improved.Conclusion:The quality control circle activities can reduce the error frequency of good limb position of acute stroke patients and improve the members’comprehensive quality.关键词
