穴位配合乳房按摩在促进乳汁分泌中的应用效果探讨
Probe into application effect of acupoints combined with breast massage in promoting milk secretion

Abstract
Objective:To probe into the application effect of acupoints combined with breast massage in promo-ting milk secretion.Methods:A total of 120 parturient women in January 2014 June 2014 in our hospital were selected and were randomly divided into observation group and control group,60 cases in each.The parturient women in both groups received conventional breast feeding guidance,and the parturient women in observation group were given acupoints combined with breast massage again,and then to observe the massage effect.Re-sults:Pituitary prolactin level of parturient women in observation group was significantly higher than that of control group at 72 h after maternal postpartum,and the milk secretion starting time was earlier than that in control group (P <0.05).Lactation quantity score at 24 h,48 h and 72 h after maternal postpartum in observa-tion group were all higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion:The application effect of acupoints combined with breast massage is superior to the conventional breastfeeding in promoting milk secretion.关键词
