双轨道互动护理干预模式对社区糖尿病治疗依从性及并发症的影响
Influence of double track interactive nursing intervention model on treatment compliance and complications of com-munity diabetes patients

Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of double track interactive nursing intervention model for community diabetes patients.Methods:A total of 100 cases of discharged patients with community diabetes from 2012 Janu-ary to 2013 January after diagnosis and treatment were taken as the objects of study,and they were divided into two groups by rolling the dice.Patients in control group were given traditional information and telephone follow up,but the patients in observation group received double track interactive nursing intervention model,and then to compare the treatment compliance and complications of patients between both groups.Results:After the in-tervention there was statistically significant difference in compliance of diet control (82% vs 44%),drug treat-ment (72% vs 34%),exercise intervention (64% vs 24%),proper use of insulin (92% vs 52%)and monitoring of blood glucose (76% vs 36%)between both group (P <0.01 ).In addition,the incidence of hypoglycemia in observation group was 2%,which was lower than that in control group (12%),the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05 ).Conclusion:Double track interactive nursing intervention model could significantly im-prove the treatment compliance of patients with community diabetes and reduce the complications.关键词
