聚焦解决模式对宫颈癌病人抑郁心理和应对方式的影响
Influence of focus solve model on depression of cervical cancer patients and its coping style
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To probe into the influence of focus solve patterns on depression of cervical cancer patients and its coping style.Methods:A total of 125 cases of cervical cancer patients in our hospital were randomly di-vided into study group and control group.The patients in study group received focus solve model of psychologi-cal intervention and the patients in control group received the regular health education,then the relative Self rating Depression Scale(SDS)score and Coping Style Questionnaire (CSQ)score were compared before and after the intervention.Results:After the intervention,the SDS score of patients in study group was lower than that in control group;in Coping Style Questionnaire scores the problem solving score in study group was higher than that in control group,self blame score and retreat score were lower than that in control group,and the differ-ence was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion:Focus solving model of nursing intervention can ef-fectively relieve depression level of cervical cancer patients and promote them to adopt the positive coping strat-egies.关键词
