Application research on Autar scale in prevention of deep venous thrombosis in patients after undergoing gynecologi-cal laparoscopy

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the application effect of Autar scale in the risk assessment of prevention of deep venous thrombosis in patients after gynecological laparoscopy.Methods:A total of 218 patients undergoing gy-necological laparoscopy received the risk assessment of deep venous thrombosis by using Autar scale,and to sta-tisticly analyze the incidence of postoperative deep venous thrombosis and correlation between it and Autar score.Results:All operations were successfully performed.DVT occurred in 3 cases in all patients(1.4%).And no DVT occurred in 171 cases of low risk group.DVT occurred in a case in medium risk of group (3.2%).(12.5%) DVT occurred in 2 cases in 1 6 cases of high risk group.The different was statistically significant between groups (χ2 =1 6.4,P <0.01).Meantime,the result of risk assessment of Autar scale was positively correlated with the incidence of postoperative DVT(R 2 =0.935 7,P <0.05).Conclusion:Autar scale can forecast the risk of postop-erative DVT in patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopy effectively.It is helpful to make some predictive measures for medium high risk of patient,not only to avoid the blindness of the nursing intervention,but also good for the prognosis of patients.关键词
