Abstract
Objective:To observe the application effect of evidence based nursing in prevention of unplanned ex-tubation in patients with tracheal intubation.Methods:By using Cluster sampling method RCTs,a total of 408 cases of patients with tracheal intubation treated in ICU from January to December in 2012 were selected as con-trol group,and they received the routine intubation care.Another 523 cases of intubated ICU patients from Jan-uary 2013 to December 2013 were selected as observation group.Evidence based nursing program was used to retrieve the literatures on prevent ion of unplanned extubation in patients with tracheal intubation,and combined with clinical experience and patients ’needs to select the best nursing evidences,develop care programs, strengthen links management,think highly of detail care,and compare the unplanned extubation rates between both groups.Results:Unplanned extubation rate of patients in observation group was lower than that in control group and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion:Evidence based nursing in ICU in-tubated patients can reduce the rate of unplanned extubation.关键词
