Abstract
For the need of performance evaluation of the government public transport financial investment projects , a performance evaluation index system of BRT System is proposed by using the principle of Network Analysis Process with the fares preferential policies .First ,the paper analyzes the performance of influencing factors and the urban public transport fares preferential policies .Second ,a comprehensive evaluation model is build through the analysis report . Third ,the super decisions software is adopted to calculate the model .Finally ,the model is applied to evaluating the per-formance of urban traffic fares policy of Guangzhou ,which was carried out in 2011 .The results indicate that the calcula-tion results are consistent with those of citizens'satisfaction analysis ,which shows that analytic network process (ANP) is feasible .关键词
