Calculation and Evaluation of Station Capacity for High Speed Railway Based on Bilevel Model

Abstract
For a railway system, the interactive effects between the fixed equipments and their active counterparts will embody on the time dimension. According to the characters of the passenger flow and the topology of the station, from the demand of the passenger market, this paper defined a train-at-station-service-demand-intention set Ω(t@s-train service- emand-intention set,t@s-TSDIS), regarding the time needed for the occupation of the infrastructure to complete the operation of the trains in Ω as the standard for calculating and evaluating the station capacity, and using the aggregation-regional bilevel model system and algorithms, the station capacity was calculated and evaluated. Having known the optimized train occupation order of the station track at a general level, this paper constructed a RTCG,algorithm 1 and algorithm 2 to check the conflicts and optimize the train routes. The optimized object was to minimize the time needed for the occupation of the infrastructure to complete the operation of the trains inΩ. The methodology and algorithms were effectively applied to a high speed railway station ψ.关键词
