Abstract
In the developing countries, safety management in engineering construction is usually completed by professional institutions with corresponding safety qualification, but basically finished by the staffs of the construction unit in our country. A kind of engineering construction safety adviser mode (named four modernization mode) was put forward in this paper. The basic connotation, including systematical management, professional consultant, on site guide and standard operation, its implement and operation mode were elaborated.
