基于加速遗传算法的多层次灰色评价方法的空域安全分析

Abstract
As chinese aviation industry developing rapidly, airspace structure and its usage is increasingly complex, a variety of safety problems has occurred, so the study of the airspace safety assessment method appears particularly important. From a view of the airspace system, this paper refered to the main idea of Reason model to establish an index system affecting airspace safety evaluation, then used a grey analytic hierarchy process with accelerating genetic algorithm (AGA-GAHP) method to analyze the airspace safety system. The weights of evaluation indexes, the gray number level-by-level, and the corresponding gray level were determined with the proposed method. Finally, an airspace safety evaluation of the northwest of China was made. The actual calculation result proved the feasibility of the method.关键词
