四角旋流布置的负压集尘器降尘效果研究

摘要
Abstract
In order to raise the efficiency of mining negative pressure dust collector ,improve the environment and safety of the ex-traction face,a four corners-setting of nozzle for the dust collector was put forward ,the parameters of nozzle arrangement was ana-lysed,the efficiency of dust fall and consumption of water which reflect the effect of dust fall was calculated ,the E/E/L model of turbulent flow for gas-liquid-solid of the original and new structure was established and simulated by means of CFD software .The results show that the dust fall efficiency was up to 90% when dust particle size more than 2μm for the new structure and 5%higher than that of the original dust collector ,and which was 1.2 times of the original structure when the dust particle size below 1μm;meanwhile ,new structure was also meet the requirement of water consumption when the dust fall efficiency up to 90%;the droplets full of space ,large range and which relative speed with dust was 1.29 times of the original structure .关键词
