摘要

Abstract

The coordinate system is set up based on the machining theory of the plane quadratic enveloping CNC grinding machine and the structure of the grinding machine .The ideal processing mathematical modeling of plane quadratic envelope worm CNC grinding machine is built .According to the mathematical model and plane quadratic envelope worm pair parameters which is se -lected ,the simulation is carried on using the Matlab software ,and worm tooth surface graphics are curved which are the same with worm tooth surface graphics using the traditional machining method .It has proved the validity of this method of processing .
