摘要

Abstract

According to characteristics of the PDM’s stator which has large lead,even heads,smooth and continuous inner heli-coids, proposed an atypical quasi-symmetric milling method using disc milling cutter within a continuous inner helicoid .De-scribes a method for forming the features of the atypical milling method is described .The interference conditions of the method in the specific cutting motion constraints are studied .The feasibility of this processing technology used in machining of the inner spi-ral surface whin the PDM ’ s motor stator and the screw pump stator is verified by the cutting test .
