摘要
Abstract
Mass customization is divided into two different processes:mass-customizing and customization-massing,their concepts are defined respectively ,the balance model of mass customization is presented ,and the strategy ( implementing mass-customizing or customization-massing ) of implementing mass customization is proposed .And then the methods and key technologies of cus-tomization-massing are discussed ,finally these techniques are applied to the large bridge crane , expanding the scale of custom manufacture of the bridge crane and providing an application example for customization manufacturing enterprises implementing mass customization———customization-massing.关键词
