Stress analysis of flexspline in harmonic gear reducer with composite material layer
摘要
Abstract
The stress state of harmonic gear reducer is quite complicate in the process of transmitting power ,it is contributed to cracked of the flexspline .To solve the problem ,composite layer which has anisotropy feature is designed in flexspline .The transi-ent stress analysis is investigated on the flexspline with composite layer and original structure respectively .Compared with the pri-mary structure which the maximum Von Mises of stress is 849.4MPa,the value of the flexspline using composite layer is reduced to 742.6MPa.The research results can be aided to improve the life span of flexspline .关键词
