Abstract
Traditional PLC usually acquires encoder ’ s frequency signal ,then calculates the length of passed materials by using its high-speed counting function in order to cut moving materials .When the materials passed-by reach the requirements in length , PLC makes cutter act by using interrupt to generate a pulse signal .However ,the following error of this method is relatively large if the materials are wide,so that the materials can’t be cut irregularly.In cross-cutting machine of rock cotton,20PM motion con-troller has cut the rock cotton according to fixed-length by using it ’ s built-in electronic CAM so as to cut them vertically and e-venly,improved the precision of cutting ,and increased the production efficiency greatly .关键词
