摘要

Abstract

Reviewed several ball-end milling force calculations ,and an orthogonal experiment scheme was adopted to investigate ball-end milling force for specific conditions in precision ball-end milling.Orthogonal regression analysis method was used to build the exponential model of ball-end milling force ,analysis of the influence of the milling parameters on milling force was given through the orthogonal experiment intuitive analysis table ,and the optimized parameters were proposed preliminary .At last milling experiment was applied to test and verify the accuracy of formula .All these provide a rapid calculation of milling force for workers and lay a firm foundation for the next study of thin-walled workpiece FEA and deformation control scheme .
