牙轮钻头球面浮动套高频淬火过程温度场数值模拟
Numerical simulation of temperature field during high-frequency quenching process of spherical floating ring of rock bit
摘要
Abstract
Finite element model of temperature field in high-frequency quenching process was built ,and the change and distribu-tion of temperature field was analyzed .The simulated results of temperature field show that the difference of the radial temperature of section of spherical floating ring firstly increases and then decreases during cooling ,and the maximum difference of temperature is 162℃at 5s.The martensitic transformation firstly occurs at outside surface of spherical floating ring of rock bit when cooled to 50s,and almost finishes at 150s,and at this moment the temperature of spherical floating ring in the cores is 281℃.A comparison of simulated temperature value and measured shows good agreement and proves the validity of the model .关键词
