Abstract
Introduces a mobile online thickness measurement system of plaque .The system using database ,IPC plus PLC and la-ser displacement sensor improves the plaque measurement quality and the degree of production automation .Compared with the traditional measurement method it has some advantages as follow:first,the system uses PLC control card and laser measurement has some characteristics:high degree of automation ,high precision ,high efficiency and the stable product quality;second ,the sys-tem can draw the curve of thickness timely ,and people can see the actual situation of each measuring point position intuitively ;third,the establishment of the plaque database would help the company with the attendance of plaque measurement system and update the production information .关键词
