摘要

Abstract

A novel laminated mold and its laminating principle used for microlayer extrusion technology were introduced .The lam-inated mold runner and laminated mold were optimized by using control curve and adjusting structure parameter of laminated mold,and the melt pressure loss before and after optimization in laminated mold runner were analyzed by using CFD software .The results show that ,compared with the model before optimization ,the pressure loss of melt in the laminated runner after the optimi-zation decreases obviously ,and the melt leakage problem in laminated mold was solved effectively by using slot and laminated mould core of modular assembly method .
