摘要

Abstract

Utilizes finite element software ABAQUS to conduct 3-D finite element model of O-ring,analysis the Mises stress ,con-tact stress and the friction surface temperature rise range of the dynamic sealing structure by condition in which the inner shaft ro -tation rate is 766r/min and hydraulic pressure gradually growing to 2MPa.The result indicates that Mises stress rise along with the rising of hydraulic pressure ,the stress concentration occurs in the contact area of the inner shaft and seal ;contact stress rise as the same with the rising of hydraulic pressure ,but it is greater than hydraulic pressure ,which can achieve the goal of seal .The temperature rising range also get higher by the increasing of hydraulic pressure .The worn surfaces were predicted according to the analysis results ,the prediction was found totally accordance with the experiment after compared .
