摘要

Abstract

Compared with the traditional metal bonded diamond wheel , porous metal-bonded diamond grinding wheel has some merits of easy to become sharp ,convenient dressing and truing and higher grinding efficiency in hard material grinding process . Through high-temperature vacuum sintering method ,and using synthetic diamond ,Fe∶Ni-Cr alloy metal binding agent and pore-forming agent as raw materials , to fabricate some segments of porous metal-bonded diamond wheel .Through drain away liquid method for the porosity measurement of the segment ,and study the effect rule of the porosity by saw materials and different ratio of saw materials,to provide experimental data for fabrication of porous metal-bonded diamond grinding wheel .
