粘弹性磁性磨具的细观力学数值模拟及实验研究

摘要
Abstract
A new type of magnetic abrasives-viscoelastic magnetic abrasives was proposed.Under the effect of magnetic field force,has a certain liquidity of the viscoelasticity magnetic abrasive can be very good to adapt to complex structured surfaces,and forming a conformable“flexible finishing film” with the processed workpiece surface,so a rapid relative motion is formed with the workpiece surface,thus achieve surface micro/nano level processing.Based on the theory of particle-filled composite material,the microstructure model of viscoelastic magnetic abrasive is established, calculating the stress distribution of particle interface and within the matrix,analyzing of the abrasive damage form and position that may occur,good machining effect is obtained by adding coupling agent in abrasive.Thus provides a theoretical basis for the preparation of viscoelasticity magnetic abrasives and practical use.关键词
