高速直齿轮本体温度场的仿真与试验研究
Simulation and experimental study on the bulk temperature field of high-speed spur gear

Abstract
With the comprehensive application of gear meshing,friction and thermal conduction,heat flux and heat transfer coeffi-cient for the contact surface and end faces in different meshing position were analyzed precisely.The finite element model of a sin-gle tooth was built up in ANSYS,and the bulk temperature field of the tooth was obtained;besides,the effect of torque,speed and oil input temperature on the bulk temperature field was also analyzed.The study results show that the highest temperature field of the tooth distributes in the center of the gear meshing position,and the bulk temperature of the contact surface is nearly in para-bolic distribution along the tooth width.The highest temperature of the tooth increases with the increase of the torque,speed and oil input temperature.The simulation results coincide with the experimental results,and the simulation methods can be used for the study on the bulk temperature field of spur gear.关键词
