Abstract
Through shot peening experiment on spiral bevel gear prototype of wheel loader drive axle ,research the shot peening strengthening effect for surface and root of gear tooth ,get obvious shot peening parameters impacting shot peening result and find the reasonable shot peening parameters .Through simulating overload condition and carrying out accelerate fatigue bench test ,veri-fy improvement of fatigue life of spiral bevel gear by shot peening .Under the no change the gear geometric design ,improve gear strength by processing method ,reduce the design cost and provide basis for industrial production using shoot peening .关键词
