Abstract
To the status quo of China ’ s aviation manufacturing enterprise knowledge management as a starting point ,on the basis of theoretical research on knowledge management ,analyzed and proposed the basic strategy of knowledge management ,including knowledge classification strategy , coding mapping strategy , individual strategy;at the same time , combined with our knowledge management applications , effective integration standardized knowledge , personal knowledge and tacit knowledge , constituted knowledge management platform to knowledge base , knowledge maps , knowledge communities as the core;discusses the imple-mentation and application of the results of knowledge management in aviation manufacturing enterprise , in order to achieve the purposes of improved process design process ,accelerate the speed of process prepare ,improve product quality ,manufacturing cost savings.关键词
