Vibration and modal analysis of motorcycle frame and its improvement design
摘要
Abstract
The vibration accelerations of the motorcycle handlebar ,cushion and pedals are measured by the vibration experiment , the finite element model of the frame is created ,the dynamic characteristics of the frame are analyzed by the computer simulation and modal experiment ,which confirms the low modal frequency and vibration mode .The finite element model of the frame is relia-ble by comparing the simulation results with the experimental results .The reason of resonance is confirmed by the analysis of mo-torcycle under external excitation .The frame design is improved .The low modal frequency of the improved frame is increased sig-nificantly by the computer simulation and modal experiment ,which can avoid the engine excitation .The results show that the vehi-cle vibration comfort is improved .关键词
