基于离散元法的曲轴滚磨光整加工机理分析
Crankshaft barrel finishing mechanism analysis based on the discrete element method
摘要
Abstract
Now,crankshaft barrel finishing technology has been well used ,but study only focused on process experiments ,and knowledge of its micro machining mechanism is insufficient ,which has become the developing bottleneck of crankshaft barrel fin-ishing technology.For this reason,the discrete element method is applied to analyse the crankshaft barrel finishing .In order to visually simulate the movement process of particle system inside the workbin ,crankshaft barrel finishing dynamic model is built by using three-dimensional software EDEM .By analyzing particle position ,velocity in the processing and particle contact force of the crankshaft,the relation between different locations particle velocity distribution within the same cycle systems and the processing effect is discussed ,the law that average speed of particle system changes with the processing time is analyzed ,and contact force between particle system and crankshaft is studied ,which should be of great significance for the further development and industrial applications of crankshaft barrel finishing .关键词
