基于 HALCON 的缝纫机针外观质量检测系统设计与研究
Design and research on sewing needles appearance quality inspection system based on HALCON
摘要
Abstract
Sewing needles appearance quality inspection system based on HALCON image processing technology has been pro -posed.The system consists of image acquisition ,processing terminal and mechanical frame composition .This system collects the sewing needle whirling circle images through industrial camera in the form of trigger ,and uses image thresholding segmentation al-gorithm of HALCON to extract image features ,then identifies the sewing needle appearance quality ,and the unqualified sewing needle will be rejected through the reject device of system .The experimental results indicate that the correction rate of detection is of 99 .99%.The system can accurately detect the sewing machine needles appearance quality defect steadily .关键词
