摘要

Abstract

The anti-buckling behavior has led to the development of the telescopic boom from box section to pear -shaped cross-section,so the boom lightweight design work needs to consider not only the strength but also a certain requirements of the stabili -ty.Pear-shaped cross-section telescopic boom has the most advanced form of section ,and its lightweight design exploration has much more importance .Establishes the parametric model of the telescopic boom in the general finite element software ANSYS Workbench .The strength and stiffness of the boom are completed in the Static Structural module and the overall stability is ex -plored in the Linear Buckling module .Then the optimization design module is built with the constraints of strength ,stiffness,over-all stability and the objective of lightest weight .The optimization work was achieved by the response surface technology in the GDO module.The method of lightweight design gives a practical guidance and reference for the future design of large -tonnage rail-way crane .
