摘要

Abstract

In order to facilitate the product design for disassembly ,a method of design for disassembly based on connectors is put forward,the designers can improve the product ’ s disassemblability by changing the connector .Typical connectors ’ contact con-straint and knowledge of disassembly precedence rules are induced .The disassembly graph model is constructed based on connec-tors in order to describe the assembly constraints and disassembly precedence constraints ,and the modular of disassembly model is developed based on UG platform .A evaluation method of disassembly difficulty is proposed in order to evaluate the product ’ s disassemblability .The principles of design for disassembly based on connectors are proposed to improve the product ’ s disassem-blability.At last,the method mentioned is proved to be feasible by the example of a stapler .
