Experimental investigation of surface roughness in high-speed milling weld seam of 0Cr18Ni9
摘要
Abstract
The orthogonal experiment is processed for the study on the effect of the milling parameters on the weld seam of 0Cr18Ni9 surface roughness by the high speed milling .The empirical prediction model between the surface roughness and milling parameters is established .The research results indicate that the surface roughness decreases with the higher spindle speed ,but in-creases with the larger feed rate and cutting depth ,the feed rate has highly obvious influence .The interaction of the high spindle speed and low feed rate is favorable to reduce surface roughness and improve surface quality .关键词
