基于本体的冲压件及冲压工艺实例表示
Case representation of stamping parts and process based on ontology
摘要
Abstract
Knowledge-based and integrated stamping parts and process modeling is discussed ,and stamping process domain ontol-ogy is constructed which is with four elements:concepts,relations,attributes and rules.Moreover,case representation is presented based on ontology for stamping parts and process .The core of stamping parts representation is form features which help the follow-ing case retrieval ,and the core of stamping process representation is the information of cutting contours .The form features connect with the information of cutting contours ,which help the following case adaptation .The case representation is established on the ba-sis of integrated model ,and fully described the various elements of the model .At the same time,the representation is built based on stamping process domain ontology ,whose terms come from ontology base .The stamping case representation not only supports knowledge sharing ,reuse and standardization ,but also favors the following case retrieval and adaptation .Finally a case study is used to reveal the effectiveness of this method .关键词
