Abstract
CAD model reconstruction is the key technique in reverse engineering,and plays a very important role in the recon-struction of the reverse technology.Based on some methods of Geomagic Studio about processing point cloud,fill holes and surface reconstruction,two different ways of dealing methods in shape and fashion module in the surface phase reconstruction and toler-ance analysis are investigated thoroughly through the same case studies.Shape method could ensure the integrity and the accuracy of the model data to generate high quality mode.Fashion module method transfers the primary surfaces to SolidWorks package through parametric exchange function to be compiled,and a parametric model is obtained.Based on the advantage and application occasion of the two methods,the surface can be completed high-rate.关键词
