摘要
Abstract
Facility layout problem in Reconfigurable Manufacturing Systems ( RMS) is a vital but complex research issue, and greatly impacts the system performance.Deals with layout problems considers adequately the complex characteristics of the stud-ied manufacturing systems and corresponding costs mathematical model are constructed.The reconfigurability of manufacturing system facilities is also taken into account when formulating the layout design problem.And reconfigurable layout strategies are analyzed based on variations of products,quantity and order lead time,a simulation framework and simulation process are pro-posed.Given the analytical example,the analysis of simulation result is executed and it provides the decision-making evidence for RMS-FL that it verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the analysis.关键词
