激光熔覆修复挤压模具技术研究
Study of Extrusion Die Repaired by Laser Cladding
摘要
Abstract
A technique of laser cladding repairing extrusion die was investigated. This technology is characterized by using the method of laser cladding and special iron-based tungsten carbide alloy powder to repair damaged parts of the mold. Additionally,this technology is also applied to repair the broken regions of H13 steel-aluminum extrusion dies, and to acquire the metal ceramic coatings with smooth, no pores and cracks,which can improve the hardness of extrusion die H13 steel greatly.关键词
