摘要

Abstract

High speed printed circuit board NC drilling machine is a kind of ultra precision mechanical equipment, has special design principles and methods. Design principles and methods were discussed for the first time in this paper,and advantages and disadvantages of different structures and motion scheme were compared. The design principles of high speed PCB NC drilling machine mainly consist of high accuracy, high speed, high rigidity, high reliability, high processing efficiency;design methods mainly include the demand function analysis, determination of the overall layout, determination of design scheme and the whole structure and parameter.
