当前图书馆盘点和顺架大多采用条形码识别和人工操作结合的方式，该方法效率低下且需要耗费大量的人力，开发了一套基于RFID技术的图书馆盘点与顺架管理系统，并详细介绍了该系统的硬件组成及软件设计与实现。通过实例表明盘点与顺架管理系统能解决公共图书馆开架借阅中“找书难”、“归架难”、“整架难”的行业瓶颈问题，提高馆藏记录与架位的正确度。
