基于光电检测技术的圆盘切刀实时角度调整系统设计
A Novel Design of Angle Real-Time Adjustment System in Discal Cutting Based on Photoelectric Detection Technology

Abstract
Discal cutter is widely used in paper industry, printing industry and flexible package industry because the fact that it has many special advantages, such as sharp and durable cutting edge, long service life and high efficiency, etc. However, to satisfy high precision and quality of modern slitting technology, it is an effective method that angle real-time adjustment system is applied in discal cutting. In this study, a high-precision real-time angle adjustment system, first of all, an angle detecting system is designed as sensor body in discal cutting based on photoelectric detection technology. Secondly, a real-time and closed-loop angle adjustment equipment is carried out on the basis of the combination of PLC and servo motor control technology, this equipment is with high accuracy, high sensitivity and reliability. Eventually, the angle real-time and closed-loop adjustment system has been successfully applied on Xinwang full-automatic workbench (XW-221C), and the experimental result shows that there is only ± 2 × 10-2rad angle error at full capacity. In addition, this adjustment system can also provide reference significance for other cutting technology.关键词
