水冷和半导体制冷片联合控温的固体激光器实验装置
Experimental Solid-State Laser Device Based on Temperature Control System of Water and Semiconductor Refrigerating Sheet
摘要
Abstract
The optically pumped solid state laser media produce a lot of heat when it’ s working, and creates thermal lens effect. The thermal lens effect leads to reduce the optical to optical conversion efficiency. In order to make the working solid state laser media constant temperature at work, this paper developed a temperature control system of water and semiconductor refrigerating sheet, and the experimental data shows that the device achieves good results.关键词
